I was reading some of the latest discussions and one of them was about blogs. What in the name of myLot is a blog. Do you earn money on myLot with them? Is there anything else I dont know. I am a fairly educated female and I am getting a little nervous. Also I am beginning to feel old..... Its so awful when my 13 yr old knows more about something than I do. I feel like my grandmother when I tried to explain a cd. She kept telling me how in her day every one sat by the RADIO on saturday nights to hear George and gracie? WHO?lol please help me before my daughter looks at me and says "Mom your old" or "Mom that was in the olden days" I just want to learn if blogging is a good thing and how to do it? PLEASE HELP?

hey I am with you, I started up my own blog last week, I don't know how it works, I don't know how people add comments on them, someone in here told me I could put my blog on Mylot but they are very particular as to what goes on, I had a look at this fellas blog and was going to add a comment and couldn't work that out, a blog is just like a page you put up through a site and people can leave comments but how I just don't know and yes all this technology does make you feel old....

I have to agree with you ...all this blogging stuff makes me feel old! I know so much about everything else and nothing about blogging. I actually did make a few blogs...somewhere once and never went back to them. I couldn't find them if I wanted to...lol. I just don't understand the whole thing!

I guess money can be earned from blogging but I'm keeping an eye on this discussion becauses I can't figure it out even though I've tried it!

yes,when we are old,we will lost many ,but we have some the young don't know,i remember i love many popularity song,one day i sing one,my daughter ask me ,how fair -sounding,what's the name,i tell her,this is my mother age song,hehe,blog is simply,since you are in mylot ,then you must be good at blog,it like you daybook,you may choose one from different website,then you can write something you want to write,simple,if you want to earn money from blog,from mylot,it will do,but it is little,you may regard as interest,don't hope much.

i am fairly new in blogging. i created a blog last month. a friend of mine recommended wordpress and i checked it out. i am still learning how to blog. i told my friends about my blog and they like it. since i am a grad student, i posted my papers there. so far, i have yet to update my blog.
