IVe been online for sooo LONG

wow. what have you been doing? how long have you been online? if you enjoy what you do, you never become aware of the time. it simply flies. the day becomes short. but at the end of it, you look back and say, it is worth it. i had my day, tired yet satisfied. see you online.

So long is how long? I sit before the computer for more than 12 hours a day. But then I do not sit continuously. Every one hour or so, I just get up, have coffee, next leisure time, have breakfast, next time have lunch, read some papers, talk to some people, watch green plants, attend to many other personal work. By diversifying your attention to other things, you will love to be at computer for longer hours and in the mean time, you keep doing other things which are important for you.
