Philippines is #10 in thw World's most corrupt countries

wow...im not fond in watching news programs...one day, i was watching TV and a news flash was aired, the News caster said that the Philippines now ranked 10 to the world's most corrupt countries, which last year Philippines was #42 (i think)....that's a very great gad from 10 - 42 right?...as a filipino i feal ashamed, of the status of my country now....and angry because the government seems not to care about it!....waahhh
