I wonder if everyone here has a cutting-edge system or an average or older computer.Sadly, it is quite expensive to have a brand new PC, so i upgrade it gradually according to my needs. Its a Pentium 4 at 2,66GHz, 768MB Ram DDr, GeForce fx 5700 128mb graphics card, a 4.1 simple soundcard, a DVDrw and a DVDrom. Also, a bunch of hard drives at sum of 780 Gbs capacity. My monitor is 17' and it is not a slim tft but an old CRT monitor :( What i need is an upgrade to latest Core2Duo CPUs but it will cost me too much :(.I am curious to see what your system configuration is.

Mine is P4 at 3.06GHz with 1.25 GB DDR ram, 64MB AGP GeForce Card, a Combo Drive i.e. CD writer, rewriter, DVD ROM, CD ROM. Then there is again a DVD Combo Drive, 400 GB hard Drive, an Internal TV tuner card, ordinary sound card, 20' Acer tft. But I am not satisfied with my system. Now I want to upgrade it to Duo Core 2 with a graphic card of 256MB.

Yeah i guess your graphics card is too old for the system, why dont you just change that one?The rest of it seems reasonably good, but on the other hand i dont know what your needs are. Thanks for your contribution
