Meat better than Vegetarian?

I'm a vegetarian that knows my lifestyle isn't perfect. You have to take the good with the bad. Believing that what you do is infallible is extremely foolish. Give some reasons why a meat diet is better than a vegetarian diet.

Well dear no idea as i eat meat i am not vegeterian so cant compare but both have their own taste and nutrition some nutrition u can find in meat and specially fish is not available in vegetables that might be reason take care

I believe that meat is not better than vegetables. I had always believe in vegetables better than meat. Though, we need to take in meat to meet our other needs. Someone told me a year ago to eat lots of vegetables, and take only cow meat. There might be some sense. What do you think?
