Good paid to sign up sites for international members without a creditcard

The problem with most get paid to sign up sites are that they are only for US members, or you need a creditcard to sign up for most offers. Are there anysites that are open for international members (I'm from Belgium) that have good offers that doesn't require a creditcard? I'm allready a member of cashcrate and treasuretrooper, but looking for more.
