1. Fighting cancer- eat the peel of apples.
2. Slow aging- sniff some lavendar or rosemary. The lavendar can give you a good nights sleep and also good in the day. sniff one of these for 5 mins.Drop your levels of the stress.
3.Cut cholesterol- Sprinkle pistachios on your salad. by eating a handful of these you can cut your cholesterol by 11.6 percent. Also replace sugar with buckwheat honey.
4. Keep you vision sharp- Eat a egg. I know we were all taught that eatting carrots help our vision. New studies say that eggs are a better source carotenoids.
