Omg YES! I've had a lot of issues with my parents and I know I need to get past them but I don't know how. It's just not so easy to forgive and forget when you have in the past and they just keep making the same mistakes over and over again. You know? If you figure out how to do this, please let me know! I know exactly what you mean. I'm really abrasive towards my parents now because I feel like I can't trust them for the things they did to me when I was younger, so even when they want to help me, I won't let them.

Yes. In 6th grade I got suspended for stealing and everyone knew about it, but no one expected it from such a "nice/conservative" girl like me. I felt like such a disappointment to my peers and my teachers and my parents, especially. I still do. It's been so long since then, but every time I hear someone lecture about the wrongs about larceny, I get really freaked out that people will remember what I did and hate me/distrust me for it!
