We have only had a handful of cold days so far (cold being 65 degrees LOL). Today it was at least 80 degrees out. This is the warmest winter I can remember in the last 8 years. This is not Christmas weather at all. Looks like we will be in shorts on Christmas day. I am not a Christmas person to begin with and the weather is not helping at all. How is weather by you? Does it feel like Christmas?

It sounds like you are in a place that I have visited. Could it be AZ? I decided to stay up north this winter. After 9 rears, 365 days of sunshine began to tell on Me.
I am getting climatized to the cold weather slowly.
Thank goodness for long underwear.

Nope. I am in Louisiana. It is so hot here we may break the heat record for December today (current record is 83). The weather person called the weather "ridiculously hot".

The only place I have ever lived where we had snow at Christmas was Iowa. We lived there for a year and a half. I could do without snow ever again and we were there during a mild winter. We lived in North Carolina for about 5 years and it got pretty cold during the winter (and you had all the seasons) and that was nice. We had snow once. Being from Louisiana I am use to chilly rainy winters, not the snow. This year we have not even had our normal winters.
