what program are running bactstage when you are busy on your computer?

i think i am busy when i sittng at the computer, even in the office. my job need many window opened, and also i will running some leisure program background, such as mp3player, wallpaper exchanger, hotkey manager(turbolaunce), and always an ie explorer for my webpage-based game, sometime one ie playing online radio, sounds funny~

When I work on my computer every resource are used so I try not to run anything extra - need everything my computer can pull :-) Normally I have my iPod playing in the background though.
