Why do one feel Christmas blues??

I can only speak for myself here so the reason I feel blue at Christmas is because I miss my Dad who passed away quite a long time ago, I haven't had a Christmas with my daughter and grandson who live over 2,000 miles away from me, this may be my mothers last Christmas due to her illnesses and about 50 other reasons like these.

Oh I am sorry for this.
Well sometimes I question to Jesus that "if HE really loves us then why does he take those people away from us whom we really love"..???

As for me I feel very happy before and during Christmas. I heard people feeling "Chrismas Blues" but they could not explain the reason why or the feeling. I feel Winter blues, after Winter holiday. Winter would be very boring without Christmas.
