Volvo s80

I have always been a fan of Volvo cars, for the trademark's good reputation, but I was very much embarassed when they released the Volvo s80/v80 series, which looked totally different from what Volvo used to produce. However, I tried v80 on the road once, and since then I have been thinking about buyng one of these. What do you think about Volvo s80/v80 series. Does anyone have such car? If yes, you are welcome to share your impression about it.
