Do you watch your anime on websites like animestreamingworld or on DVD? Do you mostly watch animes using sites like http://animestreamingworld.blogspot.com/ or do you watch it on DVD or other means? I mostly watch it online, it's more convenient than any other source I find. Which anime do you prefer to watch romantic or action ones?

i prefer watching it on dvd cause i can watch it all over as many times as i want. though you can also do that in streaming sites however it will only depends on your internet connection. though i sometimes also watch anime in streaming sites. but still the best for me is to either download it and then watch it on my computer or buy the dvd. ^.^ any genre will do for me, though my favorite is school life, sports, adventure, romance, comedy, suspense and action.

I enjoy watching it on anime streaming sites because it doesn't take a whole lot of space on my hard drive, plus I have the added benefit of watching it anywhere via my laptop and a wireless connection. Also, I can watch it whenever I like -- not like the old days when I had to wait till Saturday morning or whatever.

Cool, DVD's are great too. I use to go out at least once a month back in the days to check out anime DVD's and buy it and watch it over and over again till I get my next ones but now a days I just watch it on the sites....thanks for your response....

well, since Cd's are a bit expensive here I most likely to watch anime online such as animefuel but if I really really really love the anime I tried to grab a copy of it especially Miyazaki's works.

i usually watch anime on dvds. i seldom watch them online. there is a little dvd store in our town where there are lots of available anime titles, even though most of them are old, there are still new animes available. and most of the copies are clear and subbed. ^__^ i prefer action adventure animes. ^__^

I find videostreaming quite practical, since you will get to see the recent episode. This not only applies to watching animes, but also to tv shows like House and Heroes. I watch romantic-comedies animes. :)

I hate to download it because it takes a while usually to do it and for me once I watch it I usually would not go back and watch it a couple of time ---waste of my time to dl and waste of my cd's for things I usually not going to watch again...Thanks for the response...

We use to purchase copies of animes from stores but, now I often just see what seems to be recommended and then try to get them through the net, then watch them all as much as possible My brother sometime before purchases complete seasons if he gets a chance to find some that he likes

I watch it anywhere I can, whether its DVD or a site. Its just the same for me. When I don't have the anime I want to watch I just look for it in the net or in the stores. I prefer comedies and action but I still watch anime even if its not comedy or action

Actually watching anime from streaming sites like youtube, has a negative impact on funsubbing groups. You may not give a dime about the funsubbing groups, but I bet that most of you aren't native Japanese speakers and you wouldn't be able to watch anime without the english subs. For an extensive explanation why watching anime from streaming sites hurts the funsubbing groups, visit http://www.dattebayo.com/pr/58 . Naruto's subbing is being delayed due to this. Furthermore, the quality of the video is pretty bad on youtube etc. I don't think it's much of a trouble to download what you wanna watch, watch it whenever you want in perfect quality and delete it immediately after you watch it (if you have a space problem). Please for the sake of all off us who enjoy anime, stop watching them on streaming video sites and delete all anime you already have uploaded as such sites. You can share them by making a little nice torrent (if there isn't already one..).
