Texans Keep Buccaneers From Clinching Their Division

The Houston Texans beat the Tampa Bay Bucs dropping the Bucs to 8-5 and preventing them from clinching the division. The Bucs were without starter Jeff Garcia and you figure they'll be able to win the division once Garcia is back.
