With the introduction of MP3 players and the ease of downloading them with music, it almost seems like CD's are becoming obsolete. Do you still listen to them or do you use an MP3 player in your car? I use both. My MP3 player has just recently become something that I can use in my car. My fiance bought me a FM transmitter for it and I can now play it and listen to music on my car stereo. Does anyone else do this? I know some new cars are coming equipped with ports to plug in music devices.

OK, try not to laugh too hard. I have a 1999 which came equipped with a cassette player and I still use it. I know it's hard to believe but I have so many cassettes it wouldn't be possible to replace them all and the expense. So I just kept it and it gives me different music choices when I am in my car. LOL

I have downloaded all of my cds onto my computer so that I can play them via the computer. I rarely buy cds now as I download tracks that I want from the internet by paying a small premium. Cds are soooo expensive, considering they only cost 10p to make! I can then download all my favourite tracks onto my Ipod or burn them on a cd for my car cd.
