I don't just like listening to them. I sing most of them at my folk club too! Karen was a wonderful singer and is sadly missed. Fortunately, I have the same vocal range as she had, and can really get to grips with those lyrical songs.

Anybody who likes Karen's voice will also like Judith Durham's, from 'The Seekers'. I like singing their songs too!

karen carpenter just had such a beautiful rich voice...they do put you in a mellow mood right away
