I never purchased clothing online. No way! I have to try it first before buying clothing. Some people love buying fashion clothing on the Internet. Have you bought clothing online? Were you ever dissatisfied? If yes, what did you do? Did you return it? How about shipping cost to return the merchandise?

I have bought clothing online, but only brands I have bought before. I have never had to return something. I guess it wouldn't be such a big deal if I did have to return something, but I try to avoid it if I can.

A lot of online retailers offer free return shipping- probably to encourage people to buy who might not for fear of having to pay return shipping. Other than that, the purchases I made were from places that have stores near me where I could return them. I buy online because it is a particular style or size that they didn't have in stock. So for the purchases I have made so far, no I would not have to pay for return shipping. That is a detail I look for before I decide to make a purchase.

I feel the same way, I cannot buy any clothes unless I am looking at the item in person. I do buy books and movies online that I am not able to find in stores but other than that I don't shop much online.
