Hallo Friends,
Am so excited the holidays are here.
The problem is, now i cannot concentrate on my work, I can not keep my head in one place, I mean I have switched of my brain regarding office work, I am here just physically and our boss is insisting that we work till 22nd december.
How about you? are you still in the office or you are out enjoying your holiday and shopping?

like you I am also excited for the holiday season. I have started my Christmas shopping and wrapping of gifts. but it doesn't take my mind off from work. I spend my weekends for shopping and gift-wrapping, that's two days so I started early so I won't have to do it during weekdays. on weekdays I concentrate on work, concentrate on earning money to buy gifts! LOL
we have work until December 21 and our Christmas party is on December 20. ^__^

Hey secretbear, thanks for giving me an option, yes i think i should start utilising the weekends. But the only problem is that we work upto saturday 12.30 so i only have 2 hours to shop because most shops here close at 5.00pm on saturdays and sundays most shops are closed.

Hello dear kwenge. I can usderstand how you are feeling now because it is the same with me when either of our summer or winter vacation is drawing near. We always look forward to those good happy days when we can have a long holiday without thinking about our work as always. I love those relaxing holidays. I used to work for "Focus on the Family" and it was the most joyous and festive atmosphere to work in that we didn't mind working all the way up to Christmas. But now I work from home so I can make my own hours. Of course, I have to be careful that the paycheck keeps coming in. I can relax a little around the holidays though. Have a Merry Christmas and all that.
