My experience of losing weight

I have spent one year losing weight,by now ,I have lost about 9 pounds.Now ,I want to spare my experience with the people need it.My method is very simple,that is eat less,exercise more. Eat less is not means of eat nothing,at breakfast and lunch,you can eat anything you want,chocolate,butter,beef,all that is ok. Because all that you eat provide energy you need,and the breakfast is important to us,it is advantage to us losing weight.The dinner is also important,we had better not eat something that imply a lot of energy,we can eat some fruit.And if we want to lose weight quickly ,we can eat nothing after lunch,but this is not suitable if you want to insist long time.I don't approve take medicine,it may destroy our healthy.At last,any method need insist.

I appreciate your being weight conscious. There are already a lot of books, and articles of how to lose weight. Even products in the market are many too choose from. The best tip for me is exercise. There is no substitute to exercise. Pills can't. Those machines that you attach to your bodies can't. Therefore, keep on exercising! Nice body, huh?

hello beautysally,well done on losing 9 pounds in a year!That's a lot of weight you lost there.I have been dieting all my life and today I suffered chronic gastricitis which led to belching.I hate it.

I'm sorry to hear that,I have thyroid problem. I think now the most important for you is not lossing weight,but resolve your trouble,maybe your stomach have some problemes.Dieting must have limit,don't eat or drink too much at each meal. One word,health is the most important to us.Here tell you some methods may help you:drink some milk everyday,drink some water after you get up,eat more tomato,don't eat something with too much salt. Good luck!I hope you recover soon!

I think you have done good work in losing nine pounds weight. I also agree with you that exercises are one of the best way to lose weight and to increase metabolism of food intake. I love walking and cycling. I think cycling helps to give a good exercise and also helps to decrease the peterol consumed by the vehicles. Stair climbing is another exercise, which burns lots of calories. I think fruits are the best things that can be substitued for other foods. Fruits juices, vegeteable salads, fruits, etc can be taken to decrease the calorie of other food by substutiting other foods to some extended. Banana is another food, which helps in good digestion. I think eating smaller portion of food at more times is better than having two large meals. This helps us to feel full and also helps for improve digestion and metabolism of food we intake.

One really easy way to lose weight eat salad and fruit alot and if your a boy play football.I lost 20 pounds in football in 2 months!
