It has to be Lasagne, especially when my mother makes it. She has mastered the art of making great lasagne, almost dangerously good.

I consider lasagna my favourite dish. The "runner ups" would be hot sandwiches, steak and just plain old buttered bread.

here are the recipes of my favorite dish.. Beef Caldereta 2 lbs beef, cubed 3-4 cups water 1 medium onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 cup bell peppers, cut into strips 1 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup tomato paste 2/3 cup liver, spread 1 cup grated cheese 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce (optional) 3 large bay leaves 3 medium potatoes, sliced 2 medium carrots, sliced salt and pepper 1. Boil the beef until tender, in the water to make a nice beef broth. Add pineapple juice and onion,. 2. In a separate pan sauté garlic until almost brown. Add to beef and broth. 3. Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste and allow to simmer for ten minutes. 4. Add bay leaves, bell pepper, carrots, and potatoes. 5. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender, then add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. 6. Add optional Tabasco sauce. 7. Cook until cheese is melted, stir. 8. Remove bay leaves. 9. Add water if the mixture is too thick. 10. Serve hot on individual servings of a bed of cooked rice. ----------------------- Pinakbet 1 1/2 cup water 1/2 lb pork 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp ginger 1/4 cup bagoong 4 eggplants 1/3 cup tomatoes 2 pcs ampalaya or amargoso 1/2 tsp MSG Salt Instructions: Slice the pork into strips. Mince the garlic, chop the ginger, and tomatoes. Quarter the eggplant and ampalaya or amargoso. Bring the water to a in a medium saucepan. Add the pork, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and bagoong. Simmer until the pork is tender. Add the ampalaya or amargoso and eggplant and simmer until done. Add MSG and salt to taste.

My favorite dish is cheap, easy and simple to cook. Mashed potatoes with cheese and minced meat. If you cook for me that meal every day of the week, plus some greens lick spinach then I can accept your proposal for marriage......heheheeeeeee just kidding. My fiancee likes it too and from the first time I cooked that meal for him, he has never left me........yeeeeeeey.

It really depends. Mainly I like pizza and pasta. But if there's chocolate anything I'm probibly going to eat that. Lol Although that's not really a dish persay. Lol

hello there player143... actually I really love foods..lol...and there are tons of foods that I like but my favorite food is pasta in general... I really love eating pasta whether its spaghetti, macaroni, fettuccine, ramen, noodles, or anything as long as its pasta.. lol...
