Do you think it's worth our time to report some of these discussions to admin?

What is your opinion? - question marks

Maybe I'm just having a bad morning but there are a bunch of discussions that are wdhiche and the body is wruyrhe! Of course these are just samples but you know what I'm talking about. It's supposed to be our responsibility to report them but I've reported a number of them in the past and notice that they are still in the 0 responses list even if they are 50 pages back...lol! Do you think it's a waste of time to report them? It does say in the guidelines that we are supposed to because admin doesnt' see every single one of them but even when we do they still just sit there. My thought is that mylot must have only so much web space or whatever it's called so why waste any of it keeping discussions like those going? What do you think?

I have seen that too and so far that person has posted similar things eight times already. I really hope the admin would pick that up and give that person a warning. Once or twice could be samples or tests but eight is too much... In fact, the person should have used proper sentences even they were meant for samples or test.

In such cases we should not think about the worth of time we are using to report the Andamans. Instead we should think like this this is a side from where we are benefiting a lot so if there is someone who is trying to spoil the main theme of the site and it is our own duty to report to the Andamans were that they can take needful action against the people or the person who is trying to do such nonsense on the safe side. I don't think it takes a lot of time to report to the adamant about any spending or any other kind of activity which is not allowed on the subject.

Well it's a waste of our time to have to sift through that kind of nonsense too but I agree that it seems pointless when they don't get deleted. If I notice the same user is doing the same thing multiple times I will take the time to report one post and include the link to their profile and explain that all or most of their posts violate the same guideline (like not using English or typing gibberish, or copy/pasting all their responses as their own off other websites). And then I move on and these post usually disappear eventually. I think that's generally the problem, the person may have posted 20 discussions using similar gibberish but if only 10 get reported it appears that admin did nothing when in fact they did delete the 10 reported ones, it's just that the 10 other similar ones are still here and we can't tell the difference.

I suppose it depends on how much it bothers you, ctry. I will simply ignore the ones I can't make heads or tails of. If it's a matter of a typo or two I will usually try and figure them out. I do think that if admin expected us to report all of them, then we would be doing very little else.
