I have completely cut fats and sweets out of my diet (i.e. Ice cream, fried foods, etc.) and replaced my usual snacks with lots and lots of fruit (grapes, pineapple, melon) Is it bad to eat a lot of fruit? Does the natural sugar in the fruit contradict the non-sugar diet?

Hi soulkeeper 16
fruit is very good for our health.
The natural sugar is ok..,it is good to produce carbohydrate.
But, we have to know also, that everything that is TOO MUCH, is not good. if we eat mango too much, especialy sour mango, for example,we will have a problem with our stomach.
so, just eat fruit in a right portion. not too much, but not too little.
