Dollar and "RMB"

As we know, the Chinese money which we called "RMB" is increasing in value slowly. One years ago, one dollar equaled to 8.6 RMB, today one dollar only equals to 7.37 RMB. The value increment,though slowly,has a great effect on people's life,especially on the securities business in China.
I wonder whether the increment of RMB has a influence on your life or job. Do you feel the RMB increment? How to affect you? How to deal with in future?
