New Puppy

Today our little boy arrived, an 8 week old tiny white and tan bundle of cuteness.
His name is Koda.
My life has changed, yet again I am now responsible for somebody else!
Its up to me to provide him with love, warmth, food, healthcare, entertainment and lots of attention!
It really is like having another child. But this time it was planned!
Due to have his first puppy jabs on Friday, and I am so nervous! Dont want him to feel any pain.
I love him so much, and he has only been with us for 24 hours.

i love puppies as well... yes you do have to care for them just like a child.. well you do have to do everything for them from the time you get them to the time they leave us... so not quite like having a child... i find that when im down in the dumps my dogs all sense that im down and they cuddle up with me alot to make me feel better...

Where did you get Koda? What breed is he?

I know how ou must be feeling about your new addition to the family.Yes you are right its exactly like having another kid.You have to look into his health,food,warmth.love etc.They respond so well.I just got one about 10 months back.You have to keep track of all his vacinations.When they are not well you feel terrible,as they cannot voice it.My pup just had an ear infection.We immediately diagonised it and treated him .Poor fellow must have been in pain.He is such an adorable fellow.He expresses himself so well just that he does not speak.I can just go on and on.Hope you enjoy yourself with your little fellow.

I had a pit bull puppy walk up to my house two days ago. He sleeps on my porch and acts as if he does not want to leave. I have called the local radio stations but no one has called or came by to claim the dog. Is is as if he has chosen me as his master...he follows me around everywhere. He loves to play and has provided enjoyment to me the last couple of days. I know exactly how you feel. Good luck with your new puppy!
