Web Site Design - Who does this?

Is there anyone willing to help with creating a web site. Not just designing a page, I could do that, I'm talking the behind the scene script files and cookies and databases etc.
If you do, are there some site that you have designed that I could look at? Anyone with suggestions?

Are we talking static or cms?
Content management systems are normally best for keeping information updated on a regular base. I do design work and also code sites by hand using html and css.. althtough helping is a different question.. :)
What you looking for? do have a hosting account? I'd happily help/recommend etc

I checked out your site through your profile. What I need is someone who can answer your questions for me. I know what Html is as far as anything besides that I am at a loss. That is why I surround myself with those people who have expertise where i do not. I also will say I realy like your rules on friendship for mylot. Very nice.
One thing i noticed is how busy you said you were. I am looking for someone who could devote the time and thought process into not just developing a site but would want to be a part of the 4 person team working out all the aspects of what we are getting ready to start. In other words we are looking for partners not employees. We have a couple people from other places, who are looking to be a part of this. Ah, Friendship. Yes I am looking to create a site which will need not just the up front design, but database and tracking as well. Multi user site. I and a few other people have begun to setup an, how shall I say it, opportunity. We are looking for the missing link...A web designer to partner with us in this opportunity.
