Milk

I usually drink 2% lowfat milk and prepare a shake in the evening (chocolate) and that's my meal. This shake has a lot of protein and minerals and amino acids, so it's a complete meal replacement.

i like milk!! not LOVE IT can NOT drink it in the summer time feels like its turning sour in my stomach then! :( i use powdered creamer in my coffee cant use milk! ( or ill use half & half or those flavored creamers) Ill usually ONLY have milk over my ice cream and or with cookies and well.. i dont eat much of them so i take a calcium tablet to help balance that out and eat more yogurt cheese and the like :) XX

How do I drink my Milk? I love milk of all kinds regular,skim,evaporated and powered. My husband on the other hand will not drink anything but the red cap regular milk. He will drink a gallon to a gallon half a day. He drinks it in his coffee that is why he drink so much. I love chocolate milk I buy it every month just for me. It is what i consider my special treat a month. Have you ever tried taking a little vanilla flavoring and some sugar and mixing with your milk if done just right it taste so good. Even the kids love it alot.

In my household we drink 2% milk. I want us to be healthy but not to fattening in milk or to skim. I just wish I could buy milk when ever so my son could drink more.

I drink milk every morning,the milk mix with chocolate is my favorite.

I like milk and I always drink a glass before go to bed and I like mostly skim milk.
