Women are increasingly becoming worried about the issues of shape and weight during pregnancy and post birth, partially due to the media's spotlight on celebrity yummy mummies.

They sure are. I know of a friend who is pregnant and is worried about gaining weight. Her husband said that she shouldn't gain anymore than 10 pounds while pregnant - I told her forget that, the baby needs nutrients and food to grow so if your hungry (for the right foods) then eat. I said to her she can always lose the weight afterwards LOL
