The ONE day a week that I don't have to get up and get dressed right away (so, I don't), is the day of the week that someone comes over. And I'm dressed in some crazy outfit! They are my 'sleeping clothes'! They don't have to be pretty or match, lol. Don't come over unannounced if you don't want a 'clown' answering the door to you! :-P

LOL! I think this has happened to everyone,lol. Sometimes I have those days when I just want a pj&read a book day and sure enough the doorbell rings with a spur of the moment visit from someone.I have a friend who has caught me twice like this...I laugh because she must think my only clothes are pj's,LOL.

Oh, I have to agree 100% with dumblnddzzy, if someone doesn't call me first to make plans to come over, I don't answer the door. It is very rude to just pop over to someone's place.

well i am not at home much because i work outside of the house, but when i am at home, i wear not terribly fashionable clothing such as ripped jeans or overalls or sweats and well i am sure people that come to the door think i am this close to being homeless lol

Ha! That's Murphy's Law!
I'm often around the house in a t-shirt and pyjama bottoms, dreading the inevitable doorbell. I should give up and change, but I'm too comfortable!
I once had to sit in the emergency room for six hours in my really natty pyjamas because my partner had cut his hand and I didn't have time to change before the ambulance came. People gave me some odd looks.
