Did I just shoot myself in the foot?

Ok I have friends moving to Washington from Texas in January. Now my neighbors are moving out of their appartment and I told my friends about it to see if they could get it for when they move up here. Do you think this was the right move? My friends are always arguing and it's a constant battle in their house. Some times they are happy but it's so much drama. What would you guys have done?

I'm sorry, but I do think you have shot yourself in the foot. I have learned through experience to let people find their own place to live, and that even the best of friends shouldn't live too close to each other. There just needs to be some space to live your own lives. I hope it all works out for you in the end. This is, of course, just my opinion. Others would say it is great to live so close to each other.
