why do we love sleeping? why do we need to sleep? How many hours do you sleep?

Hi densky12, We do love sleeping because only at that time we will not remember our tensions,worryness and stress ect. We have to sleep because we have to give rest our physique which has worked whole day according to our tune. I sleep 6 to 8 hours a day.(however 5 to 6 hours of sleep is enough per day).

cool! Good for you..i always have only 6 hours of sleep, but for me it was not still enough..6 hours of sleep straight everyday was not good. anyways, thanks for your response!^^

Everyone's energy is limited, we work and consumes the energy, we need supply the energy, sleeping could supply our energy well, so we need sleeping. love sleeping? I don't love sleeping, I hope I could keep a beeter state without sleeping all the times.

Asleep is very important for mental and also for physical health. A healthy people could normally sleep 8 hours a day in average count.If we are tired and we can not sleep well in time, this causes dangerous for our health. sleeping less than average time and sleeping for more than average time is also not good for health. some people sleep for a long period of time and some sleep for a little period. But we should take normal and average time of sleeping.

Hello,densky! all living creatures in this earth,which includes human being,animals,insects,trees and plants, need rest after toiling hard for their livelihood during day time.while working in day time they exhaust much of the energy and as a result they get tired and for its recovery every body requires a good sleep.in absence of a good sleep the energy can not be recovered and we get sick.so it important for every living creature to go for sleep according to the body requirement.for a normal man 6/8 hours of good sleep is vital.i like to retire to sleep for eight hours daily to keep my body and mind fit.thank you.good day.
