It's December 14th and we have all been listening to Christmas music in our homes, cars, offices, and stores when shopping. Are you still in the Christmas spirit and enjoying the tunes or are you getting tired of hearing some of the same Christmas tunes over and over again? I'm still enjoying the music here. They aren't over-doing the Christmas tunes on the radio station I listen to which is really nice. I would probably have a different answer if they were or a new radio station...haha. Happy Holidays to all!

Strangely enough the shops that I have been to lately haven't been playing Christmas carols! Supermarkets, shops etc have either nothing on, or just ordinary music, strange! But I do feel sorry for those working in shops having to listen to carols constantly! I play mostly 80s music and occasionally will listen to a few carols but not all day, one day is enough not every day!

I try to stay out of the stores as much as possible now. I have the majority of my shopping done now so only picking up the last minute things. I'm hearing in is at least half of the stores I go into. Not too bad!!

Mooch--is that a new Shedaisy CD? or an old one. I haven't heard anything from that group in awhile and wondered if they were still together.

I enjoy christmas music. I havent heard it much this year as I have not been to the malls yet and its not like they blast it in the halls of the college. But I enjoy the christmas season with the music.

I haven't been playing it here at home. I guess I've been too busy to dig out the CD's. I think society as a whole needs to slow down and remember the reason for the season! Happy holidays to you and your family!

I haven't even started listening to Christmas music actually. I prefer to only listen to it on the days directly around the holiday, but otherwise, I usually don't want to. It's not that I don't like it, it's just that if I hear it TOO early I get stressed about the holidays rather than thinking of enjoying them.

I love listening to the Christmas songs. I like all the old regulars and don't mind hearing them several times as long as they aren't overdone. One of my favorites this year though is The Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Christmas Eve and other Stories. It puts a really fresh twist on some old favorites. The whole family loves it and has been listening to it a lot.

Oh yes! I guess nobody tires of it (cept Scrooge). I think its what helps us keep the Christmas spirit around. Besides, Christmas only comes once a year. In fact, its what most of us look forward to. Christmas songs make Christmases feel like Christmas. Happy Holidays!

I don't tend to listen to music in my apartment because of the thin walls. I'd rather not have anyone complain. Heck, you could have it so low you can't hear it, but someone else's dog would bark so loud it would cause a ruckus. : ) One station here is playing all Christmas music from every era. A little Sinatra, a little Mariah Carey, it's all enjoyable. Decemeber first they started playing all Christmas music. Which I don't mind since the other stations don't seem to be playing much at all. So when I'm in the mood for Christmas music, I know which station to turn to!
