I don't eat much veg if at all, I don't eat alot of certain meats. Only ham, bacon, pork and a few others like boneless chicken... some lamb :)
Milk.. only in my ready brek/other cirials.
So I don't really follow what these things say, I assume I know my own body and If i was suddenly becoming ill all the time. I think i would try heating more meat etc to see if it made me feel better but I'm fine.

I feel that I do not take the required daily food. I actually eat only when I feel hungry rather than strict 3 or 4 meals a day. I think I should change my style so that I can be healthy in old age.

If I ate that much, I'd be a blimp in no time! I have enough trouble as it is, thank you very much Canada Food Guide, on 4 servings of veg, 1 of bread and 2 of meat... thank goodness I can't have dairy! I guess they mean for that infamous 'normally active person'... whoever that is... because it certainly doesn't apply to me!

I do not get the right amount of vegetables, bread I get plenty of. I do not follow the Canada food guide, too much bread is bad for me. I would rather they increased the vegetables and the meats. I heard it is bad to eat too much carbohydrates, that is the kind in grains and breads. 5 to 10 servings of bread will make you gain weight. At least it does for me, I really should be eating more salads and veggies and meat.
