Mike Huckabee is starting to gain momentum and is leading the race for the republican nomination in South Carolina. The former Arkansas governor is looking to win the republican party nomination.

I like Mike Huckabee. I hope he gets the Republican nomination. He is a family man and has some unique ideas for the country. More power to him.

I am from Arkansas and I fully intend to vote for Huckabee. Him winning Iowa I think was a good indication that there are many others who feel the same way i do. Hillary scares the crap out of me. She is just evil. That crying mess that she pulled on tv was the biggest crop of crap I've ever seen in my life. What a publicity stunt. The sad part is that it worked.

His star is rapidly fading now, but nothing's impossible I guess. He is the only Republican candidate who acknowledges the economy is in a shambles and seems to know a little bit about what the typical family is going through these days but I'm very concerned about his ideas of reworking the Constitution to match his interpretation of the Bible. Some have said Hillary scares them - this kind of talk scares me a lot more! Annie

I'm not a republican, but he did a lot of great things for Arkansas. He'd be a better candidate and president than Obama Bin Laden or those other goofs that are running. Hillary Clinton is about the only one on the democratic side I like. The rest can go play in traffic.

It's definitely not over yet everyone. Huckabee won HUGE in Kansas today. There is still a lot of the country that hasn't had their say in the primary yet. Don't give up yet. If you like Huckabee vote for him. There is no reason to just vote for McCain because it looks like he's going to win, he doesn't have enough delegates yet, there is still a chance, and I personally believe in miracles.
