Okay, I think help is a wonderful thing, and although I would rather have a map in my hands, I can see whey people would use a GPS although, how lazy is that! But... on the news I heard of a site that you can access via cell phone - forget the actual name of the site, but it is to locate RESTROOMS all around the town that you are in! Yes, you pull up that little site and tell them where you are and it will tell you the nearest restrooms! Now, seems to me that knowing where you are going and how to get there is something one should have investigated prior to leaving, but no one can really know where the nearest restroom is - even gas stattions dont' have them much anymore and if they do they are so filthy, you don't want to use them. But I gotta admit, being told where they are is probablly a handy little thing of info to have?
Would you use this site if you could?

Super Cool! I would LOVE to know this site! I have bladder problems and when I have to go... I HAVE TO GO!!!!
I pretty much stay close to home and know where I can find a restroom, but when going out of town it would be a blessing to know that there will be no public restroom for the next XX miles so we could go ahead and stop before we get to far from any public facility.

I wish I had kept it! It was on a last minute blurb thing on the news! I can see where it would be quite helpful!!! But like you said, we track where we are going prior to leaving, but still, sometimes you just gotta have it!!!!!

No, I don't think I would need it. I don't go that far from home that I can't wait to go to the bathroom when I get to where I am going. If by chance I do have to go, I just stop at a gas station. I haven't seen one yet that doesn't have a washroom, and I have never seen one that was so dirty I couldn't use it. I always sit on my hands when I go to the bathroom in a public place, even at my doctor's office. But I guess for people that have a problem finding a bathroom, this would be a good service for them.

I heard about the "MizPee" site through a Seinfeld message board. It allows users to find and rate the cleanliness of public toilets in selected states and cities. That's a nice service to have when vacationing in another city.
I do my best to go before leaving home. There are a few stores I visit which have nice clean restrooms on those occasions where I absolutely have to go.

INteresting! Yes, stores these days dont' give a hoot about the restrooms. I know it is the peopkle that make most of the mess, but at the same time, the stores don't do much to make it much easier. I hate those HUGE 12 inch thick rolls of toilet paper - the roll is so heavy it is hard to make it turn, the toilet paper is so thin it tears as you pull on it! Then the store complains about mis-use!
