Hello!
I've ordered a mixer and shower head from an internet company (who also have a physical shop in another part of the country to me). Their service has been terrible (regarding delivery - they promised two days and it took three weeks), and it now transpires that one of the goods is faulty. They say they will gt me a reaplcement when one arrives, but I now face an increased plumbers bill to re-fit it. I think they should pay, they are saying they will 'pass the bill to their suppliers'. I believe they should pay as I am dealing with them. Can anyone advise?

check into customer's rights or whatever for your area, maybe consult with the Better Business Bureau?

i think u shd send them one notice regarding your problems and give them a time of 30 days to resolve the issue and pay you rembursment..
if they fails you can contact the local consmer protection cell.. if you're in india you can directly post a case against the seller on state tribunal for consumer right..
i hope it can help you..
