Fabio Capello comes with an excellent record as a manager at all the clubs he has managed. He also comes with a reputation of big bust ups with big players be it Totti, Beckham or others. Do you think he is the right man for the English job? Cheers! Ram

That is true, but after all isn't this supposed to be the golden generation of English Footballers. Given that background their achievements have been quite less!! Cheers! Ram

There is definitely no doubting his credentials, but it is just that I feel that for the national job, it should be a person from that country that should do the job!! Cheers! Ram

Capello likes disciplines and tactical application that sometimes collide with individual talented stars that perform extraordinary one or two task. England has many good players focused on the team and its tactics, it could work fine just don't expect any memorable game.

Yes, Capello has problems with big egos. I do think the English dressing room has some big egos. But, now that they are out the Euros, the egos would be hurting and a bit subsided!! Cheers! Ram
