I only like to make fudge. I am learning to cook more. how about you. do you like to cook using chocolate or do just buy your chocolate desserts?

thats cool. sounds like you raised your daughter around chocolate desserts home made. I know i love home chocolate desserts but i don't make them really. i may go to a friends house occasionally and they bake some and I enjoy.

I don't cook much of chocolate desserts but i try not to go out and buy some much eighter. I am with you when you say it makes me fat. I know the feeling, I am trying to lose weight so I don't eat much chocolate like I used to growing up. I love chocolate. Sometimes I love collecting chocolate pictures or reading poems about chocolate instead of eating it and that pleases me at times.

I dont have much time now to bake or do some dessert, or I am just lazy these days... hahaha. Its a little bit time consuming for me and messy to prepare. So I prefer to buy ready to eat desserts like chocolate cake, cookies, ice cream, candies, chocolate bars.

I don't do much cooking either. I would rather just go out and buy my desserts. Just occassional in a year I may make fudge. I am thinking about going out and buying some soon though.

On occasion I do try making my own chocolate candies or dips. But more often I bake chocolate cakes. I must say I like mine, but I have to make sure I'm in the mood for eating chocolate if I do any of this. Or better yet, make sure someone wants deserts and give the deserts to them.

sounds very yummy. I never thought of making candies, because I heard theres a lot of work involved and you have to keep in on them while cooking.
