Pay Per Play have you seen this ? It is going to be great!

It's called Pay Per Play, and it is totally free for now, so best get in now. Basically you join, then in a week or so you will get in an email lots of good info, and a small javascript that you easily put on your website or blog. If you have 50 websites then put it on all 50 etc. Now every time someone veiws your site a 5 sec (no video just sound) ad plays, you get paid to your account.These ads are all by big companies, and payout is by paypal or cheque. Will pay better than google adsense.

I don't usually go in for things like this but I checked it out thoroughly and it looks like you are right and it will be something that's going to be a money maker. I only have 2 sites that I could use it on but I'll probably be making up more now that this is going to be available. Thanks for the link. Good luck!
