I went to see them in May at some club in Dallas. It was AWESOME and seemed to go on forever. Even though i was about to pass out after it was over for exaustion, I could have done it again.

that's cool. a friend of mine went to their concert in detroit over a year ago after they released thier first cd. she said it was a great show plus her and her sister ended up hanging out with them afterwards. they went out to dinner and everything. then one of the guys gave them both backstage passes to the show they played the next night too.

I don't think I've ever been so jealous in my entire life. That would be amazing. I met claudio sanchez from coheed and cambria, but that's about the extent of my 'star' runins.

Yeah, I really miss seeing them in small venues. I've been to 4 small venue shows and at Jimmy Kimmel Live twice...which is pretty much standing room only. The first time I was them at a big venue was when they toured with Jimmy Eat World. I was so far back, and I was so sad! I'm going to see them next at an outdoor amphitheatre (in August with No Doubt). It's not the same kind of intimate experience at all, but I'm still happy for them and the success they deserve.....

It's such heartwarming to know that Paramore started small and then bloomed big. It's been sometime since I've last heard their first album All We Know is Falling and it's really great that they're still improving a lot! Hayley's voice is truly a powerhouse and that got the attention of many plus the band as a whole has something special that each of them share so it could be inferred that it's the X factor that other bands don't have. Whenever I hear their songs, I couldn't help but think of how they've come a long way from Franklin, Tennessee. Their songs are just great and they continue to innovate and re-create what they already have that's why Paramore is undoubtedly good.

DANGIT! I had this great post and i took too long to write it =/ ANYWAY Paramore is amazing. Like they were amazing. I drove almost 1000 miles to see them in chicago. It was the only chanceI was going to get to see them. I listened to them in the days where they played out of the back of the van. The first time I saw them was at warpedtour 06 the day before I joined the navy in nashville, tn. This was in the myspace tent. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMUBwQpiy7A Every time I see it I kick myself in the a** for not seeing this performance. It's acoustic Conspiracy. And to counter what you said about their old album, I actually disagree. I think that their old album far exceeds the final product of their new album. Their first album was very raw and you could tell there wereno boundaries. (double bass and screaming?) Riot, honestly, I like. I think I may just have more of an emotional attachement to their first album though, 'all we know is falling.'
