I'm very very disturbed as i post this discussion. i'm in a foreign land and have just gathered all my saving and started cell phones business. my first consignment was sent successfully and the market was great, the profit encouraging. i informed a friend and we both bought from the same company or person through a chinese friend. we bought the same models but mine are more than his. We posted the phones using the same address but different recipients and packaged separately. the phones were posted on the 6th of November, 2007. my friend's own was received on the 25th of the same month but my consignment held at beijing custom with the reason that they're fake phones and i've not been contacted to know why my phones are retained. i contacted the tnt office of beijing several times but they tell me i've to wait until the custom final decision. i tried to contact the cutoms'office but have been told they have no idea what i was complaining of. i called the tnt office again but they told me they can't help me in any other way until the final decision taken by the customs. my money is stuck at this place. from 6th Nov. to today 17th Dec. 2007. if these phones had reached their final destination i'd have had the sales money by now. this is my sad story. what should i do?
