Well it is happening on mine, the young lady always tries to see what is happening on my computer, I just minimize the screen, what would you do????

I would ask her to stop because it is rude. If she continues after asking, tell her supervisor. As long as you are not doing anything wrong, there is not reason for her to be looking at your screen.
