the meaning of metrosexual is an urban male with a strong aesthetic sense who spends a great deal of time and money on his appearance and lifestyle

A metrosexual is said to be a straight man in touch with his feminine side, especially when it comes to personal grooming and appearance. I am not a metrosexual since I am a female. Don't believe I know any males who are metrosexual.
