Now that I'm laid off from work I have all of these illusions of what I should have done to my boss. Now, I have done some terrible things to get back at people, but I'm always looking for new ideas.

If you were a good employee, you've already gotten back at him haven't you? I didn't get laid off but, I have quit a job before because I couldn't get a raise after 3 years. I worked my butt off and got nothing for it. Not even a thank you. My ex-boss STILL sends me emails begging me to come back. I feel good every time I reply back with a "Nope".

I am so sorry you got laid off. Wishing you much success in finding a new job very soon. As far as getting back at people, I don't really know. You have heard of the saying"what comes around goes around". So if he/she was unfair and mean to you the payback will come eventually. I have worked for more than 40 years and had my ups and downs with bosses. The one rule I had, was never to burn my bridges. Previous bosses may come in handy for references even after a couple of years. A previous boss has recommended me for my dream job, even though we had our differences when I worked for her. So, my suggestion is in order to get your anger out of your system "imagine" what you could do to this boss, but don't act on it in real life.

the best thing to do is to disconet some of the pc wires so your boss doesent know what happend just make sure that you bosses room doesent have cctv in his room if it does move it do its faceing a wall and it dosesent know who done it.
