I know, its a lot of cats, but better than 30! 3 of the littlest kittens went to a different foster mother. Then on Sat. adoptions the "owner" of the adoption group noticed the other 3 had diarrea so she too them to her house - and has now decided to keep them. And at the adoption we got an application for Rose and she's now going to her new home! So, since the first of the month we're down 7 cats!!! Another one has a good application on her, but they are waiting because their old cat is very sick and dying. They want to wait until he's gone, so I may just be down to the difficult 3 cats. So, while the babies aren't placed, they are out of the house AND 9 cats have actually been placed! So, while we're up 5 cats from where we were 10-30-2006, we are down from the 28 on 1-1-2007. Cheers all around (except from the roomie who wanted to keep the babies until they found new homes.)

Wow you have a house full don't you ? I was just wondering about something and i wanted to ask you.I have noticed that a lot of your cats have had babies, and i was wondering if you ever get them cats fixed, or do you get them already with babies or expecting babies..????... I tend to have all of my animals fixed so they will not have babies...There are so many kitty's and i was just wondering if you all got them nutered?.

no, Slick, none of **MY** cats are having babies. the kittens were found motherless - or at least uncatchable mother Rose came in an advanced stage of pregnancy Now, the youngest cat in the house is Booboo, who is nearly 2.

Congrats on the adoptions, Elic. I'm sure the cats will be happy in their new homes. Those kittens sure tugged at some heartstrings pretty hard to be homed together like they were. Finding a home for 1 is hard enough, but 3 at once...wtg!!!

well, no, the kittens have gone to another foster home, but at least they are out of ours. The roomie is pretty pissed, D, the group "owner" is pretty high handed. She had told me I'd get them back on Sat & now has changed her mind - I wonder when she was going to tell me if I hadn't been there last night with Rose.

You remind me of me , I don`t know how you are doing it I can`t keep mins much longer , I can barely look after them anymore so I will need to get rid of them. I`m wondering if the female may be getting ready to have more , thats all I need , NOT !!!

That is alot of cats! Sounds like all are being well taken care of though? That's what counts. It's good you're taking such good care of them and finding loving homes for them. Keep up the good work!

Sometimes my two drive me cary let alone all the cats you seem to have. I realize you are rescuing them. Do you have a license or a grant as a cat rascue to help with the feeding and care? You might think about looking on the internet to apply for some grants. Merry Christmas
