Have you ever tried online teaching? If yes, do you think it is a good way to learn something?I do online teaching and it's fun. Though at times, it is really a bit challenging because of students' attitude and responses. However, there are a lot of advantages, I think.

Hello, How were you able to teach online? how does one qualify to be one? I wish i would be able to do this too.. i am actually looking at other possibilities of teaching english, perhaps, online or in other countries. I am based in the philippines and anything that would help me set on the right foot would be very much appreciated. :)

Online teaching is interesting and not every subject lends itself to diatance learning. When I'm doing training in person, I often use visual cues to know if the students have a grasp of the information. It is much harder on line and the teacher has to be creative to check learning. As for online courses, I have taken both synchronous and Asynchonous learning and I find that I learn very well that way...as long as there is plenty of background information.

Can you refer me a site where I can teach online? I am currently teaching in a public high school as math teaches and my salary is just too little for me but since I am also training students for the contest, I cannot really have devote additional time for house to house tutorial. If I can have an online tutorial, it will be a great help for me. Hope you can spare time and inform me. Thanks a lot!
