Well, mid day napping is very relaxing... and it is always considered as a break from a stressful day... there is always a need to get away in between a hard days work... but as for me... i find it hard to nap during the daytime... even if i close my eyes for like an hour... still i won't be able to nap... i don't know why but i just can't...

i always take a nana nap as i call them in the afternoons,the days that i work.i feel better for them when i wake up.i had my fortune told years ago and they said i would live to a very old age,maybe because i have my naps .thanks for that information
