Do you wear socks while sleeping?

No matter how cold it gets or how hard I try, I cannot sleep with socks on. I have tried and each time I have failed. Sometimes I wish I could sleep in socks, but it just doesn't work for me.

I know it is individual's liking and habit. I do not like fan when it is cold, but my husband wants fan always whether cold or hot. Thanks for responding.

Yeah, my bf always wears socks to bed and it drives me crazy!! lol!! I have tried to get him to stop, but what can I do? I will just go to bed my way and let him wear his socks I guess. Smile!!

I don't usually wear socks during the summer, but when it gets cold outside, I do tend to wear socks to keep my feet warmer. My feet get really cold and I have a hard time keeping them warm.

I don't where socks, it makes me feel uncomfortable. I wear shorts and a loose top instead of pajamas. Its just more comfortable. I like the cold when I go to sleep, but if I am awake I don't like cold.

No,I never do that.Because wearing socks while sleeping makes me feel being chained.what's more,it's not good for skin breathing.

I do when it is cold. Sometimes no matter how many covers I put on my bed I just can't heat my feet so I keep my stocks on. My boyfriend like to cuddle and he usually does that buy rubbing his feet to mine and he is disappointed when he finds out I am not bear feet. So sometimes I take them off.

most always wear socks to bed not for convience but cause my feet get cold and the everything else gets cold.

I almost always wear socks, and then in the middle of the night I will usually take them off. It's weird but once i get comfy and start to fall asleep, suddenly my feet feel warm.
I read that you naturally cool down as you fall asleep, so some tips were to take a warm shower before bed and then you would cool down faster and go to sleep faster. I think the socks help the same way b/c they warm your feet as you get closer to bed, but then if you take them off in bed they cool down faster.

I do, I have wood floors and no rugs in my appartment so the floor is always cold. So yes I always wear socks in my appartment. my son don't like to wear socks except when we go somewhere.

never ever ever lol! i hate wearing socks as it is, and i tend to get hotter when im asleep. i always end up having at least one foot sticking out in an effort to cool off i guess. but trying to wear socks while sleeping would probably drive me nuts and end up causing me to sweat!

During the summer I don't wear socks, but when it is cold outside I wear my socks to keep my feet warm. My feet get cold really easily.

Even I have the same problem Very soon my feet will become cold. I have cold body and I catch cold immediately. That is why I wear socks in the nights.

If it is really cold I will wear my socks to bed. After I warm up I usually kick them off. I wear socks during the day with my slippers.

You are opposite to me. I wear socks in the night and you wear during day time. I feel uncomfortable to move around in the house with socks.

I hate wearing socks. The only time I wear socks is when I am getting read to put on shoes and head out the door to go somewhere. I take my socks off as soon as I get home. I like my feet to be able to breathe even if it means they are cold.

I like the words ABLE TO BREATHE very much. You are correct. Sometimes we should allow the skin to breath. That is why, when I am at home, I usually avoid any make up for the face. While going to sleep, I wear socks. Otherwise I feel shivering and cold.

For about 20+ years I couldn't stand anything on my feet, especially at night, no matter what the weather may have been - now I wear my socks (thin to heavy) only in the colder months. In the summer.. I still don't like stuff on my feet.

I dont wear socks to bed it bugs me. Honestly I cant wear any undergarments to bed.
