How can you make money from your youtube videos?

I have tried sites like revver and metacafe without much luck! are there any other ways to make money from your videos??

Associated Content will let you post videos for performance pay. You would earn $1.50 for every 1000 views (of all your works put together).
Helium.com is starting a sister website for videos (and other media) which will also pay by views. ourmedia.com. I don't know how it works, I don't use other media, but Helium pays, so it is possible that ourmedia.com will as well.

Yeah. I1m also a member at one of them, but they don't pay well enough

Yes I found this site where you can get paid for your viedos and not only for your own, but also other peoples videos. If you send me a pm with your email adress I can send you an invitation to that site. Everything someone looks at your video you will earn from it.
