Most Asked Is When You Lift Weights Is How Much You Bench? Dead Lift Anybody?

Theres no doubt in weight lifting the Bench Press is most popular. The Dead Lift is best for pure raw power. Its also more dangerous because the lower backs involved. I talked to a personal trainer once and he told me the dead lift is the most dangerous exercise to do. It can mess up a small bone in the lower back which you never completely recover from he said. He actually asked me not to do them. I've never had a problem from it but don't do them regularly. An anternative is the barbell squat. Oh yeah my bench max is 295. I wish I could have gotten to 300 but maxed out so much I had to go back down. Thats for another day.
