how do you like your chili? hot medium or mild? i made some tonight called texas corn chili it was really good if you like the recipe send me message

How do I like my Chili? I like my chili medium hot with jalopeno slices and cheddar cheese. Yum, Hot enough to tingle but not enough to set fire, otherwise I'd be up all night with a fire in my belly trying to get out.(Acid Reflux+heartburn). Is it the recipe on the family site? Matthew worked for a lady once who made chili and put potatoes in it and he has occasionally made me make it like that.(I Don't really like it that way.) But my hubby can't stand anything spicy at all..so I end up giving him a bowl full before I add all my stuff. I have even added hot salsa that makes it taste alright too.

no i don't think the texas corn chili is on the family site but if u like the recipe let me know and i will email it to you.

Hey cool, thanks I wold appreciate that alot, If I have the ingredients I just might make some tonight. I think the reason I like hot stuff so much is because when I was 8 we lived with a mexican family for several months in Phoenix, Arizona. Ever since then I have loved hot and spicy foods..
